Winter Sun

It was so cold outside but the sun shown warmly on a bowl of fruit on the table and I was fascinated by the shadow patterns of the yellow paper-wrapped flower pot and leaves on the wall behind.  Fruit has a way of reminding me that spring will eventually arrive and then summer.  The promise of sun!
