I was commissioned to do a portrait of this entire tree for a friend and so I did several sketches to get to know it better.  I liked one of the sketches so much, I developed it into a painting and loved exploring the textures, designs and personality of this incredible tree.  This painting did sell almost immediately but fine art prints are still available.
